The Brick is the brainchild of one of Niseko Hirafu's pioneers: Waza of Waza's World fame. In addition to being a cozy one-coin bar* Waza also offers Niseko's best kebabs and burgers (apologies to NAC). The soundtrack is generally Drum-N-Bass or Dub-Reggae, and if you're not tapping out the beat, you'll be rubbing elbows with Hirafu's most entertaining clientele. Waza also bakes a mean loaf of bread: JPY 500 for a loaf of wheat or sourdough, the best in Hokkaido!
* A one-coin bar in Japan is a reference to JPY 500 yen drinks, due to the ubiquitous japanese coin of said denomination. |

Come and enjoy Niseko's largest restaurant and bar. Wild Bill's completely bilingual and multinational staff serve Tex-Mex food and offer an astounding array of really stiff cocktails. Try a burrito or fajita, wash it down with an ice cold draft, and then follow it all up with Japan's best Mojito and a few shots of whatever the wild yank behind the bar decides to drop in front of you. Party on Bill's! |
