Just thought I'd post this for those of you looking at this page who aren't actually here locally. There's a lot of misinformation flying around out there right now, but one thing is certain: NISEKO IS SAFE.
Niseko was safe from the earthquake, it was safe from the tsunami, and all indications are that it is safe from the possible reactor meltdown in Fukushima.
Don't let the international panic news fool you. Other than desperately trying to raise money to help our friends and family to the south, it is mostly business as usual here. One of the best things you can do for Japan and Niseko right now is to continue investing in it, continue giving it your business, continue coming here. Thank you.
